    Only a small number of companies systematically employ a 3rd-party audit of their travel program.  Best practice would be to employ an external resource before Internal Audit knocks on your door.

    Industry veteran, Andrew Menkes, CEO of Partnership Travel Consulting will provide insight for travel procurement managers on how they can audit internally and externally. Specific focus will be on auditing airfare and hotel compliance, both at the supplier level as well as internal policy compliance metrics. Additional topics will include how to best audit your TMC’s contract and SLA performance.
