CWBTA is duly recognized by the Global Business Travel Association (GBTA) as its official Chapter for lower Connecticut and Westchester County, New York. CWBTA is a non-profit organization that was formed in 1970. The fundamental mission of the organization is the furtherance of professionalism, communication and education in the field of business travel.

CWBTA's membership is made up of both Corporate and Allied members; all of our members hold equal status in the Association.

As the collective voice of the business travel industry in this area, we support and represent our members by providing the tools, information and networks required for effective business travel management.

CWBTA's members are able stay current on the hot topics of today's fast moving world on operational, financial and industry related issues-information that is critical to the performance of corporations and their travel departments.

CWBTA is an affiliation of the Global Business Travel Association (GBTA), whose members represent major corporations and travel suppliers throughout the United States. Along with CWBTA, the national organization provides members with information on the latest technical and service advantages within the industry, as well as current legislative issues involving travel costs and safety matters affecting business travel.
