CWBTA is committed to fostering a diverse, equitable, and inclusive environment for all members and guests. We strive to create a welcoming and respectful atmosphere where individuals from all backgrounds feel respected, and empowered to participate fully. We recognize the importance of diversity in enriching our travel experiences, broadening our perspectives, and building stronger connections within our community. We actively seek to address any barriers to participation and ensure that all members have equal opportunities to engage in our travel activities. We believe that embracing DEI principles is essential for the continued growth and success of our travel chapter.

GBTA's Mission Statement

To promote global awareness of the many issues facing travelers and coworkers in the workplace, or while traveling, attending meetings, or handling travel needs. The committee provides the resources, education, and support to enable the travel industry to embrace and drive diversity, equity, and inclusion within organizations.
